At 80 William Street in Wellesley MA we transformed a dated single-tenant building into a modern, inviting multi-tenant one. A bright, fresh lobby capitalized on the building’s assets – great light in a wonderful, open atrium. A 45,000 SF former shoe factory at 38 Everett Street in Allston MA was renewed as office and retail space with environmentally sustainable solutions. Two tenant spaces were accredited LEED Silver and Gold. A new entry and complete reconstruction of the building envelope breathed new life into 201 Burlington Road in Bedford MA. New elevators and an updated bridge connection between the north and south buildings ideally positioned this building for new leasing opportunities.
