Absolute delivery of project aesthetic, quality, budget and timetable – this is the standard we set for buildouts of tenant spaces. It is also the standard for the ongoing services we provide for building landlords. We offer BOMA area calculations for spaces within landlords’ buildings, review proposed subdivisions for code compliance, design wayfinding signage and establish building standard fixtures and finishes.
Dreary old spaces with worn out carpeting, old workstations and scuffed paint do little to inspire prospective tenants. To improve the leasability of vacant spaces within New England Executive Park, Wellesley Office Park and Edgewater Drive, we worked with building landlords to update unoccupied spaces. By creating open office spaces with updated entries, finishes and textures, we designed workspaces that potential tenants could imagine as their own.
As designers we face the different perspectives of tenants, property managers and brokers every day. We can put a tenant’s vision on paper and help them imagine themselves in a space. We work with brokers and understand that urgency is inherent to their business. We help property managers market their space; provide demising wall options and thoughtfully consider egress strategies. We listen, we collaborate, we are creative and we work hard to find the best possible solution efficiently and within budget.
